My journey started during lockdown after buying my first portable pizza oven and making pizza for my family.  After lots of pratice my pizza started getting good and I looked forward to every opportunity to cook pizza. 

Fast forward a few years after lots of encouragement from friends and family I started Doughlightful. Since then, we have developed our food and service to be able to cater for events and also pop up markets. 

We put passion into food and ensure that we provide an exceptional service whether we are serving at markets or in your home or workplace.
